These gooey, chocolatey brownies are everything you love about the classic version, minus the gluten.

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugars, butter, and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
