- 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugars, butter, and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
