- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free oats
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter and honey over medium heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and oats.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
